What counts as "a report"?
One finalized PD rating for one claimant. Revisions, re-exports, and amendments to the same rating don't cost extra.
Do the discounts stack?
The 15% and 20% tiers apply automatically at 10 and 30 reports purchased in a pack. Custom pricing is available above 100/mo.
What if a rating comes back wrong?
Flag it — we review, correct, and refund the credit. Our accuracy target is >98% against DEU formal ratings.
Month-to-month or annual?
Both. Packs don't expire for 12 months. No auto-renewal unless you ask for it.
Billing & trust-account handling?
Invoiced monthly or upfront per pack. We can bill per-matter for client cost-recovery workflows.
